The Gardiner Foundation invited the leaders of 28 projects funded in 2007 to an afternoon reception to celebrate achievements.  'Milk it for all it's Worth', which was funded by the Gardiner Foundation, involved 17 Year 10 Colac students participating in a five day program aimed at increasing their understanding of the diversity of careers in and associated with the dairy industry.  The partners who initiated and supported 'Milk it for all it's Worth', including Westvic Work Force, were presented with certificates acknowledging their contribution to the dairy industry.

The National Skills Policy Collaboration has today released a ten-point plan to meet Australia’s skills challenges head on.

The statement by leading employer and union groups calls for significant action, innovative thinking and creative solutions to address Australia’s skills crisis.
