We began in 1984 as a community based group training organisation, building apprenticeship, employment and training opportunities in south-west Victoria.

Today, Westvic Staffing Solutions is the largest employer of apprentices and trainees in south-west Victoria and has added a comprehensive range of professional employment and training services for regional employers.

Under Job Services Australia we provide a free recruitment service to ensure employers find the right person for the job. We support jobseekers through a wide range of assistance from access to resources and advice to providing work experience and training.

Our Group Training service employs apprentices and trainees and places them with employers. Through this means, employers are free of paperwork and payroll management and gain mentoring and training support. Apprentices and trainees gain additional support to complete their training.
