All Westvic Staffing Solutions employees are employed under the Westvic Staffing Solutions Enterprise Agreement 2010-2012.
Westvic Staffing Solutions offers remunerations packages for designated positions within the organisation as a means of enabling employees to carry out their duties. These packages may include use of a vehicle, mobile phone and/or laptop.
As a public benevolent institution Westvic Staffing Solutions is able to apply exemptions available under the Fringe Benefits Tax legislation.
