- One-to-one guidance and personalised assistance – for employment pathway plan development
- Intensive Support – covering vocational skills updating, job search training, linkages to community support services
- Work Experience – involving volunteer work, Work for the Dole, Green Corp, accredited training, on-the-job work experience
- Financial Assistance – for training and industry licences, equipment, transport costs and wage subsidies for employers
