We are seeking an energetic and motivated Employment Consultant to join our employment services team.
Key duties of the position include providing vocational and non-vocational support and assistance to jobseekers together with a demonstrated ability to source sustainable employment opportunities through developing and maintaining relationships with key businesses and industry.
Successful applicants will need to possess:
· An understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing jobseekers
· Established skills in developing a community profile necessary to support jobseekers
· A strong capability to market jobseekers
· An ability to establish and maintain strong business links
· Highly developed communications skills including negotiation and mediation
· Excellent time and self management skills
· High level computer skills
· A current drivers license

Automotive/Engineering/Building/Cabinet Making Trainers (Casual) (closing date: open)
Our Training Division is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals with qualifications in the Automotive, Engineering, Building and/or Cabinet Making trades to deliver and assess accredited training. No previous training experience is necessary but you must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Any opportunities for employment will initially be casual or short term positions.
