Once a week, Westvic Regional Office Manager Greg Baker attends a mentoring program at Colac College. He works with other mentors to assist a group of young students get another outlook on life. Greg has teamed up with one student and they work on a mix of individual team projects and group activities.
It has been a real buzz for Greg to see his young protégé gain his trust and together they’re working on some great projects including a fish pond, a hot house and repairing bicycles.
