Dean Luciani

Chief Executive Officer

Dean commenced his career as an apprentice before combining work and ongoing study to move into quality systems and management.  Dean holds various management qualifications and has served on a number of Boards in the Education and Health sectors over the last ten years.

With a specific interest in quality systems, corporate governance and risk management, Dean is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Chair of the Apprenticeship Employment Network (AEN) Industry Association.

With over 20 years’ experience within the Vocational Education and Training Sector, in both Metropolitan and Regional areas, Dean is a strong believer in quality governance, underpinned by quality systems.

Wayne Robertson

Chief Operating Officer

Wayne commenced his career as an apprentice working in the Meat Retailing Industry. Wayne joined Westvic Staffing Solutions in 2004 as a Group Training Field Officer in our Colac and Corangamite sites. Wayne progressed to Manager of our Group Training department in 2007 where he has overseen the growth of this area to now be recognised as the largest employer of apprentice and trainees in south west Victoria.

During 2017 Wayne was appointed Apprenticeship Employment – Network Operations Manager and is now the Chief Operating Officer with a strong focus on strategic leadership. Wayne has created strong networks with key industry stakeholders in our region, and driven a number of innovative strategies that have created both opportunity and growth for the organisation.

Damien Clark

Chief Financial Officer

Damien commenced his career after studying at Deakin University in Warrnambool working as a graduate accounting in regional Victoria.  He gained experience working within the tax and audit fields.  From there he specialized in computer accounting packages such as MYOB and Quickbooks.  After 7 years in the accounting firm Damien moved to outback South Australia to take up a role within local government as Finance Manager.  The role looked at all parts of the business including electricity and water supply, community services, road building, airport security and governance.  After being away from the south coast for 20 years Damien and his family made the move back to Warrnambool and is thrilled to take up the role of CFO for Westvic Staffing Solutions.

Leanne Parker

General Manager Central Highlands Region

Leanne has over 11 years industry experience in the recruitment, labour hire, and Australian apprenticeships support services and registered training organisation sectors.  Previous employment history includes administration roles in the mining sector and ownership of a small business

Michael Bellamy

Human Resources / OHS / Quality Manager

Michael has an extensive history in Human Resource Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Assurance Management. Having commenced as a Field Officer in 1988 Michael played an active role in the establishment and growth of the Group Training service in regional Victoria. Today Michael brings in excess of 25 years’ knowledge and experience in the development and progress of our industry. He has held several key leadership roles across all service areas and is regularly called upon for advice and assistance. Along with his HR and OHS background Michael has been instrumental in establishing quality management systems and obtaining ISO accreditation.

Acting Manager - Debra Boote

Training Services Manager

Debra started her career in the Banking and Accounting sector as well as working in Corporate Account Management and Sales. She has also owned and operated a Retail Business. Debra has 18 years’ experience with Westvic Staffing Solutions, delivering and assessing accredited qualifications across the region.   Debra has developed extensive industry networks and insights into the training and skill development needs of employers and trainees across the Barwon and South West regions.

A firm believer in skill development and maintaining industry currency, Debra has invested extensively in her own professional development. She holds the Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development and the Graduate Diploma in Business Technology, as well as Advanced Diploma in Management and Diploma of Business, Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
